The patients were randomized into experimental\nand control groups. Both the groups received the routine dialysis treatment and\nnursing care. The experimental group was involved in health promotion education\ngroup activities for 90 minutes, twice a week.The effects were determined by\nanalyzing quantitative data of both the groups and qualitative datainthe experimental\ngroup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The result revealed that health promotion\neducation group aided the experimental group patients to adapt the consequences\nof dialysis and maintain hope for improved quality of life.It has significantly\nimproved the depression, hope, and quality of life in dialysis patients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study concluded that implementation of health\npromotion education group promotes mental health and improves quality of life\nin dialysis patients by providing the effective information and nursing care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reference:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hsu SY, Huang HS.
