An online system for manuscript submission,\nhighly skilled and experienced team, well-organized work-flow, systemic editing\nprocess, filing system, and education materials were the core components for\nthe university-based editing system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, building writing programs, which includedmedical\nwriting and editing internships, academic courses, special interactive lectures,seminars,\nacademic visits, medical writing mentoring program, networking programs, and\npublication resources were helpful in building the scientific skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study concluded that university-based editing system and\nwriting programs enhanced the writing skills and publishing capacity by\nproviding high standard education in medical writing, editing, publishing, and\npublication ethics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reference: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barroga E, Mitoma H.
