Additionally, it can be a great solution to improve the interaction\nbetween individuals, institutions, and countries. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amy Keir and the team has conducted a study to determine the\nuse of social media platforms, such as Twitter and other online platforms in\ndisseminating information about the new research and develop evidence-based\nmedicine resource. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study was formalized when the neonatologists and paediatric emergency\nphysician used the social media tools to spread new research findings met at\nthe Paediatric Academic Societies meeting in 2019, in Toronto. The hashtag\n#neoEBM was a way to spread\nand track the evidence-based neonatology content. To strengthen the group further\nlinks were also built through which the information was sent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two months\nafter the formation of #neoEBM, about\n1925 posts appeared from 502 users. Based on the study results, the use of\nsocial media to disseminate evidence-based healthcare information represents\none of the important tools.
